Deposit for July 2025 Middle East Excursion
You've had the chance to review our life changing itinerary through Egypt, Israel, the occupied West Bank, and Jordan, as well as familiarizing yourself with the admissions process, and now it's time to take the first step! After we recieve your initial deposit we'll hold a space in our cohort and move forward with planning for your admissions conversation! We're so excited to plan for you to join us!
Terms, Conditions, and Final Price
Your completion of this purchase indicates your agreement with our Terms and Conditions, as well as our Cancellations and Refunds policy.
Your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the trip upon completion of the admissions process. Should you change your mind prior to admission, the deposit is refundable less a 50 dollar administrative fee. After the admissions process is complete, the deposit is non-refundable. Should ETC determine that the traveler is not admissible to the program for any reason, the deposit will be refunded in full, without any administrative fee.
Note that the total price of the Middle East Excursion from a major international departure gateway is as follows:
- US$13,885 for those who make a deposit on or before December 1, 2022
- US$14,635 for those who make a deposit on or after February 1, 2023
- US$15,385 for those who make a deposit on or after April 1, 2023
Your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the trip.
Payment can be made in full, or in three installments, due on or before Dec 1 2022, Feb 1 2023, and April 1 2023. Our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation and Refunds policies apply to each of these payments or transactions.
